Salesforce is used as a platform for all HR/Legal application in organization. There are 7 different application running in single instance of Salesforce. HR Service application is a service cloud based application that caters the HR queries/needs of employees. Global Mobility application is Force.com application used to cater employees’ global relocation process. Severance application is used to submit, calculate and generate documents for severance employees across globe. Automating employee letters in Salesforce where users can self-generate or send letters for approvals.

Banking Project - One of the bank in Australia implemented Salesforce for automating their Sales and Service. The Salesforce solution was rolled out in phases to different bank branches as pilot. The Sales process includes running Campaigns, generate Leads and convert them as Accounts/Contacts. The Salesforce CRM provides the bankers a 360-degree view of the customer. The customer, sales and marketing data are loaded to SFDC platform from different legacy systems as a nightly batch. The financial data from on premise application is integrated in Salesforce view.

This project is used to close deals to the XXX Oil & Gas company. This company recently merged with company. The integration between XXX Salesforce instance and YYY instance was done in less than 2 months. SKUID is used as a front end and have a high adoption rate.
